The condo’s listing agent, Joseph Wright of City and Field Real Estate, told Crain’s in a text message that Lemonis and his wife “enjoyed gutting, rebuilding and redecorating homes on the new show that it launches on HGTV.”, The Renovator. “They bought this corner unit with that intention, and it came out absolutely stunning.”

According to Wright’s listing, “every inch of this unit was completely redesigned between 2020 and 2022, and redesigned with the finest finishes.” Photos in the listing show the kitchen has gold fixtures and oversized graphic tiles in the backsplash, the foyer walls are painted with a large format checkerboard pattern, shiny reflective wallpaper or tiles in some rooms, and three contemporary “slot” fireplaces, wide and shallow openings for gas flames.
